To renew your membership, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account which was created for you when the system was initiated.
- Go to the “Subscription” tab on your account page.
- Look for the current renewal option.
- Click the “Sign Up” button for the upcoming term.
- Enter your payment details and submit the payment form.
Please note that the system will NOT auto-renew your membership unless a payment is initiated or manually recorded.
Q2: What happens if I choose not to renew my membership online? What are my other options?
If members decide not to renew their memberships online, their status transitions to “inactive” subscribers at the end of the subscription term. However, there’s an alternative to online renewal. You can renew your membership manually by using the form available on our Join page. Submitting this form will initiate your registration process for the upcoming term.

- Provide either the email account associated with the member account OR the username on file.
For members with multiple member accounts linked to a single email address, the username for each account is required to retrieve the correct login credentials. For any other login issues, please contact MATOD web support.

Multiple memberships linked to a single email address are a unique feature of our WordPress-based system. These are special cases, and the process affects only login, renewal, and other user/member actions that require login.
If you need to retrieve a specific username for any of your memberships, you can use the search function on our Member Directory page. This can help you quickly locate and identify your account username. For each membership, there is a unique username denoted by a red label usually ending in a two-digit number.
