Connie Dausch

Connie Dausch completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland and a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Wilmington University. She is an approved clinical supervisor for drug and alcohol and for Licensed Graduate Counselors.

Connie has been in the Drug and Alcohol field since 2012:

  • In 2012, she joined the Elkton Treatment Center as an ADT counselor, and at that time, they were part of the CRC Health Group. While there, she became the admissions coordinator and community liaison.
  • In 2014, she became a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the program director of Pine Heights Comprehensive Treatment Center in Baltimore, Maryland. They too were part of CRC Health Group and then later became part of Acadia Healthcare.
  • In 2017, she became the Regional Clinical Supervisor for Region 22 with Acadia Healthcare. As a Regional Clinical Supervisor, she provides training to our clinical supervisors, as well as providing continuing education hours for the staff, work to expand services, and obtain grants in our programs.

Through the years, she has focused on reducing stigma associated with opioid addiction, increasing counselor education and improving the quality of treatment in opioid treatment programs.
